At Braille Skateboarding, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and un-skated items. If your board or apparel isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you get back to shredding in no time.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached; please note that skated decks or assembled completes cannot be returned.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
